About the role
This is a practical operations role for someone who likes making sure real events go smoothly. You will help organizers get from a rough event plan to a clean public listing, working checkout, accurate ticket setup, and usable day-of-event materials.
Responsibilities
Review event pages, ticket tiers, checkout settings, images, and organizer details before launch.
Help migrate or enter event information when early customers need hands-on onboarding.
Coordinate launch checklists, day-of notes, and post-event follow-up.
Identify recurring operational issues that should become product improvements.
Qualifications
Experience coordinating events, operations, customer onboarding, or creator services.
Detail orientation around dates, pricing, capacity, copy, and customer-facing settings.
Comfort using admin tools, spreadsheets, docs, and lightweight checklists.
Availability for some event-driven deadlines, including occasional evenings or weekends.
